Managed Teleradiology Services - Phoenix Area IHS - SDVOSB

The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service is soliciting proposals for a single-award, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide area-wide managed teleradiology services across facilities in Arizona, Utah, and California. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under NAICS 621512. The contract period of performance spans five years from November 2, 2026, to November 1, 2031, consisting of a base period and four one-year option periods. The total maximum aggregate value is 25 million dollars, with a minimum guarantee of 25,000 dollars. The scope of work involves the interpretation of electronic medical images across multiple modalities, including X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, MRI, and DEXA. Services are required for various sites, such as the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Hopi Health Care Center, Fort Yuma Health Center, and the Colorado River Service Unit. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and network services, ensuring compliance with FDA, MQSA, TJC, CMS, and HIPAA regulations. The contractor is required to maintain a 99% clinically significant accuracy rate for reports and limit validated customer complaints to no more than one per month.
