Full Description

The Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Media Activity (DMA) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition, the Test Program for Commercial Items (Section 4202 "Application of Simplified Procedures to Certain Commercial Items" of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996), as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 13.501 "Special Documentation Requirements." DMA intends to issue a sole source contract to PN Automation, Inc 6411 Ivy Lane, Suite 410, Greenbelt, MD 20770 in an effort entitled MarinesMobile App. The anticipated period of performance will be for one year with additional thee year options pursuant to FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. Anticipated award for a sole source contract to PN Automation, Inc., to provide maintenance support services to the DMA Marine Corps App platform that provides a real-time solution for managing content and enterprise search of Marines.mil content.
