Solicitation number is W912PQ-26-Q-A021


This requirement is a small business set-aside.


Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. 


Quotes are due 03JUN26 08:00 AM; All quotes must be submitted via email to dolan.p.brammer2.civ@army.mil.

Please review that attached Feeder Schedule for a breakdown of the required meals and ensure all quoted meals are incompliance with the provided menu.


Provide all necessary documents to prove compliance with SOW 1.7.2 and 1.7.4.


If the government determines necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Performance Work Statement have been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered.


All Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov
