AI Contract Overview
The Middle District of Tennessee Federal Public Defender’s Office is seeking quotes for forty-five fixed-price monthly parking spaces to be used by office staff, with a requirement that all spaces be located within a ten-minute walk—preferably five—of 164 Rosa L. Parks Blvd., Nashville, TN 37203, as determined by standard mapping software. Parking must be on a paved lot or in a garage, with no gravel surfaces, and must be well-maintained with no significant infrastructure defects such as large potholes or structural hazards. Safety is a primary concern, with preference given to providers offering well-lit areas, surveillance, and regular patrols, although the office acknowledges the challenges of urban environments and expects prompt attention to cleanliness and security issues. The contract requires daily access from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a strong preference for providers offering 24/7 access to accommodate staff working late hours or weekends. Quotes are due no later than Friday, August 7, 2026, at 5 p.m. CST, and must be submitted via email to Cayla Jolly at TNM_Finance@fd.org using the provided quote sheet; late submissions will not be considered unless deemed in the judiciary’s best interest. Awards will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer, with payment terms of Net 30 unless better terms are proposed. The period of performance will commence on the first day of the month following the award, running for one year, with an expected start date of September 1, 2026, if awarded by the deadline. All proposals must adhere to the specified format and include full compliance with location, safety, and accessibility requirements.
