Description:

Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to award a sole source contract to Federal Parking Inc., 12400 Ownings Mills Blvd. Suite B, Reisterstown, MD 21136 for the lease of 50 indoor unreserved parking spaces at ICE HQ, 550 12th Street, Washington, DC. 20536. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.

This requirement is for parking spaces for ICE GOVs. Federal Parking Inc.’s parking garage under ICE HQ’s Potomac Center South (PCS) building is uniquely qualified to fulfill ICE’s requirement for on-site parking due to their exclusive control over the PCS garage and its direct, secured connection to ICE Headquarters (HQ).
