THIS IS FOR A PARKING ONLY LEASE
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:
- Offered site must be able to accommodate an Oversized Vehicle: Height - 118”; Length - 264”; Width - 112”
- 24 hour access is required.
- Parking spaces shall be secured and illuminated in accordance with ISCFacility Security Level requirements as determined by the Federal Protective Service (FPS).
- Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance-flood-plain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

Depending on the awarded site, the Government may install security measures as listed below:
- Vehicle Entry — Sally Port with Sliding Gate and Access Control.
- Pedestrian Gate - with Access Control.
- Electrical Upgrades.
- Perimeter Fence Reinforcement.
- Video Surveillance System.
- Access Control System.
- Intrusion Alarm System.
- Equipment Shanty for security systems.
- Specialized Vehicle Secure Cage Enclosure for Specialty Vehicles.
- Upgrades to Lighting.
- Other upgrades as determined by the agency
- Additional Security Enhancements
- The upgrades identified above represent the minimum scope required to bring the facility to a fully secured operational environment based on conditions observed during the site assessment. As design, construction, and commissioning progress, additional security enhancements may be identified and may become necessary to address conditions not apparent at the time of the initial survey, to meet evolving operational requirements.
The U.S. Government currently occupies structured parking spaces in a leased garage in Chicago, IL. The Government is considering alternative space if able to meet new requirements.
Expressions of Interest Due: 08/07/26 at 5:00 PM CDT
Occupancy: After lease award security measures completed
All expressions of interest must provide the following:
Name of the building/structure;
Address;
Location of available space within the building/structure;
Number of parking spaces available for each requirement(reserved/unreserved);
Estimated rental rates on a monthly basis per space; and
Contact information of authorized representative.
All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expressions of Interest Due Date.
Third parties will not be authorized to represent the Government on their behalf.The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of any expressions of interest submitted.
In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, the agent must provide written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission.
