This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number FA850126Q0060 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Mortuary Services at Robins AFB, Ga.


This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provides and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


This requirement will be solicited to contractors within the 15-mile radius of Robins AFB, Ga.


This solicitation and subsequent quotes will use the Contract Line Items (CLINs) format listed in the RFQ.


DESCRIPTION: Mortuary Services BPA Follow-on


The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Mortuary Services as defined in the PWS.


The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services is a pplicable to this requirement. The specific evaluation criteria determined by the Contracting Officer in paragraph (a) is as follows:


The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers:


  1. Technical Acceptability - Technical evaluation team will evaluate by assigning a rating of "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable".
  2. Price - Offeror's proposed price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness in accordance with FAR 12.204 Award.

Amendment 0001(5Aug): Incorporate the Location Proximity of the contractor as a Technical Factor for this requirement (attached).
