Intent to Contract with: Motorola Solutions, Inc. Pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 279A.200 (Interstate Cooperative Procurements), this Public Notice is for the purpose of taking comments on the Port’s intent to enter into an interstate cooperative agreement with Motorola Solutions, Inc. for purchase of AXS Maintenance and Lifecycle Services (SUA II) . The Administering Agency for this contract is under the State of Texas Department of Information Services Cooperative (Master Agreement Number DIR-CPO-5433). The term of the above referenced contract is effective through December 5, 2029. The Port estimates the cumulative value of the procurement(s) to be up to $296,716.00.
Vendors who would otherwise be prospective bidders must submit comments, if any, within seven days from the date of this publication. Comments must be submitted in writing, addressed to the attention of the Manager of Contracts & Procurement, Port of Portland, PO Box 3529, Portland, OR 97208, and be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on June 18, 2026. The Manager of Contracts & Procurement will respond to any vendor having submitted comments by the deadline and shall make a written determination whether the cooperative procurement described herein is in the best interest of the Port of Portland.
