Contract administration requires invoicing via the Ocean State Procures™ system, with an administrative fee applied, and vendor communications are centralized through the platform’s Q&A functionalities. Vendors bear responsibility for all proposal certifications and disclosures, including conflict of interest affirmations and insurance compliance, under terms that emphasize confidentiality, cybersecurity standards, and organizational conflict of interest disclosures. The overall contracting framework emphasizes transparency, adherence to procurement regulations, and safeguards for sensitive information, aiming to support Rhode Island’s energy procurement needs via a flexible, competitive supplier panel.
