The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation
for the procurement of MSG Cook Services in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.



The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required 
services.



The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on July 15, 2026 at 10:00am Kuala 
Lumpur time at the U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur, located at 376 Jalan Tun 
Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact 
Procurement Agent, rmuthupillaip@state.gov by July 8, 2026 for additional 
information or to arrange entry to the building.



Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. Your 
quotation must be submitted electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov
marked “Quotation Enclosed – MSG - Cook Services” to the Contracting 
Officer, General Services Office, Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00 noon on 
August 3, 2026.



No quotations will be accepted after that time. For any quotations above $40,000 
USD, the Contractor must have valid and active registration in SAM.gov at the 
time of proposal submission.
