The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply of quantity 200 Biothreat Alert (BTA) Bacteria Multiplex Hand-Held Assay (MHHA) kits (NSN 6550-01-672-3224) and a quantity of 200 Biothreat Alert Toxin MHHA kits (NSN 6550-01-674-1927). These units are sensitive, rapid, handheld lateral-flow immunoassays for the detection and identification of pathogens and biological toxins.
Any interested supplier must demonstrate by way of a statement of capabilities that its instrument meets the requirement.
The supplier must submit to the DND their Statement of capability to the Procurement Officer.

Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
