MX1100 Maintenance/Supplies, CD800 Supplies, and Halo Supplies

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, through its Division of Licensing, is soliciting bids for printer maintenance services and printing supplies to support the MX1100 and CD800 card issuance systems and the BadgePass Halo equipment. The solicitation, identified as ITB DOL 26 27 08, requires vendors to provide yearly enhanced support and maintenance including software assurance, parts, labor, and travel for DataCard systems, performed by personnel holding current Entrust DataCard certification. Key supplies include specific color and monochrome ribbons, cleaning rollers, adhesive stickers, laminate rolls, and composite cards, all of which must meet certified product standards and be stored in climate-controlled environments per manufacturer specifications. All responses must include mandatory attachments: the FDACS Acknowledgement Form, Price Sheet, Certification Regarding Lobbying and Debarment, Forced Labor Certification, Vendor Certification, and the Drug-Free Workplace Certification if applicable. Vendors must certify they are not on any suspended, convicted, discriminatory, or antitrust violator vendor lists and are compliant with Florida statutes regarding forced labor, drug-free workplaces, and boycotts of Israel. For contracts over $25,000, debarment and suspension certifications under 2 CFR 200 are required, and for those over $100,000, lobbying certifications are mandatory.
