Project RM21-0693 "Repair NSA Crane Electrical Distribution System" is being submitted as a Special Project in POM24. AM is developing the DD1391 and will need support from: EV for the CATEX, Utilities for updates to the Risk Management Tool and condition information on utility components, Requirements for updates to condition in MAXIMO, and possible engineering support on scope. If project successfully competes in the POM24 process, the project will receive PDA, with construction targeted for 2024 via OMN funds. Records requested now to support project development. Known scope: The scope of phase 1 entails repairs to the distribution system as follows: 1. Repair distribution lines 300, 301, 302, 303, 308, 309, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315, 351, 352, and 353. Work includes repair of deteriorated utility poles, cross arms, guys, anchors, braces, and distribution conductor lines. 2. Repair voltage levels to acceptable standards by installing a total of 12-167 KiloVolt Ampere regulators voltage regulators on East & West Load & Fill Circuit and Warehouse Circuit. 3. Repair existing controls and monitoring with Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Improvements and Distribution Automation. The scope of phase 2 entails repairs to the substation system as follows: 4. Repair East and West substation transformers to industry standards from power surges by protecting substation transformers with metal-oxide surge arrestors & grounds at east substation and west substation. 5. Repair East and West substation switch operations to industry safety standards for operating personnel by installing switch operating platforms at east substation and west substation. 6.
