ATT NBC PDES (H84) FY25 MEP CBMM 21077195 *Shops sent back to WIB 6/27/2022 1. FUNDING SOURCE: CNIC 2. EXECUTION TEAM: FEAD 3. WORK LOCATION: NBC 4. TENANT LOCATION POC INFO -UIC: N00246 5. ISSUE & IMPACT if not completed: Roof leaks every time it rains which creates a mold hazard to occupants, as well as possible damage to electronic equipment inside facility. 6.
