NDW25 B2800 Flight Tower - Replace Fire Pump Controller and transfer switch (CL9HML)

This project for Navfac Washington involves the replacement of the fire pump controller and automatic transfer switch at the B2800 Flight Tower due to obsolete digital controller boards. The new equipment must be fully compatible with the existing fire pump system. Additionally, the scope of work includes replacing a heavily rusted and corroded jockey pump, although the existing jockey pump controller will remain in place. Because this is classified as a major replacement, the contractor must provide submittals for approval by the PWD Fire Sector. Upon completion, a mandatory fire pump flow test must be conducted and witnessed by both the PWF Fire Sector and Base Fire to ensure system integrity and compliance.
