The existing fire sprinkler system currently installed in Bldg. 6105 is not completed. There is a sprinkler systems installed in the conference room but the sprinklers are capped off once they exit the conference room. This gives the occupants of the conference room (When full occupancy of 50) the feeling they are protected in case of a fire when they actually are not. I would like to see the completion of the installation of the sprinkler system throughout this building to protect the occupants of the building. Currently there are no sprinklers in any of the office spaces, hallways or in Supply Cage Kitting, receiving or shipping areas. There are no water supply lines installed to feed any sprinklers. It appears that NAVY once paid to have this work done but it was never completed. This is a safety concern / fire hazard in this wooden building. This is a fire / safety hazard that need to be addressed to prevent a fire from happening.
