COMP-OS CS9FVW I NOTICED THE FANS WERE NOT RUNNING THIS MORNING AND GOT REPORTS THAT IT WAS HOT IN THE BUILDING LAST FRIDAY. NOT EXACTLY SURE WHAT UP WITH IT BUT IT DOES NOT SEEM LIKE THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE UNIT ARE RUNNING AT ALL. New Worklog was created by: STALLWORTHBM on Tue Jul 29 07:36:47 PDT 2025 Worklog Detail: 7/29 troubleshoot no AC in building. This is the split system that serves the office area in 420a. Compressor number one is short to ground and had the condenser tripped at the 60 amp breaker within unit. I checked this at the compressor. This is a tandem set of compressors. I jumped the signal from Y one to Y2. The second compressor will run and is amping fine. With this being a Tatum set of compressors the price will be over the limit liability with labor and refrigerator. Sending this information to management now. This is to inform you the following work order will exceed the limit of liability. Work Order # CSPFVW Bldg. # 420A Description: See attached The total costs exceed the LOL, please COMP OS.
