New service contract to provide PM, repair, and replacement parts to service a Government owned asset. The services requested are to provide PM services with options on one (1) Colenta X-ray Film Processor, model no. M43IC This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This purpose of this requirement is to procure supplies and services to establish an "on-site" maintenance agreement for PM services with Repair and Parts Option of a Government owned asset located at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), NAS North Island, San Diego, CA 92135-7058. Attached Documents: Statement of Work (SOW), Request for Quote (RFQ), CDRLs Contract Type: Under FAR Part 12.603 the Government intends to award a single firm fixed Price (FFP) award.
