Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for Advertising the NNSY Job Fair.  The required item is commercial and prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12.


The requirement will be solicited as a 100% total Small Business set-aside.  The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 541810.  The Product Service Code is R701.


52.212-1 Addendum - Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services:  To be considered for this contract opportunity, the offeror must provide the required documents outlined in attached 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS.  Failure to provide all required documents by the closing date and time SHALL preclude a quote from award consideration.  Quote shall consist of:


a. A completed and signed standard form SF1449 with unit prices for each line item;


b. Technical Capability information;


c. Past performance information;


d. Price;


e. Executed copies of any amendments (if applicable)
