Submissions must include the firm’s name, CAGE code, point of contact details, and evidence demonstrating capability to deliver an equivalent service. Responses must be sent via email to Michelle Barr, Sally Artz, and LRE-proposal@usace.army.mil with the subject line specified, and oral communications are not accepted. The notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, and no formal solicitation has been issued; this is purely an opportunity for qualified entities to demonstrate capability prior to potential sole source award.
