The Federal Bureau of Prisons at Federal Correctional Institution Texarkana is seeking a responsible entity to replace the existing 500 KVA Power Zone CMS transformer located east of the groundwater tank and north of the CMS building at 4001 Leopard Drive, Texarkana, Texas 75501.
