Sidney Substation 2297 Road 111 Sidney, NE 69162 Directions: From the town of Sidney head north on 13th Avenue from Illinois St (Hwy 30) for 0.4 miles to Cedar Street. Turn left and go 0.3 miles to 17th Avenue (Haskell Hill Road). Turn right and go 0.9 miles to substation on the right. Note Sidney 230 (Tri-State) is the southeast portion of the yard, with Sidney 115 (Western) toward the northwest.
