Full Description

Marine Corps Logistics Command intends to award a sole source procurement to A-T Solutions, Inc. for a firm-fixed price contract to provide EOD Technicians training that will provide them with the knowledge and practical ability to learn basic electrical theory, recognize components and know their functioning. Training will also include the ability to conduct proper wire diagnostic/attack procedures and to understand basic radio control and electronic countermeasures (ECM) theory. This action is for services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-5(b)(7); NAICS 611699; size standard $6,000,000. The award has been set aside for a Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. No solicitation document will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discreti! on of the U. S. Government.
