REES Scientific Corporation., an other than small business, under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to provide maintenance and temperature monitoring support for the Government-owned Rees Scientific central monitoring system for all refrigerators and freezers at Munson Army Health Center, Fort Leavenworth, OK 66027.
