NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE –RELX, Inc. -  LexisNexis Digital Library Collection


NAICS Code      519290 – Internet Publishing and Web Search


PSC: DA10


The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis to RELX Inc., 9443 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, OH 45342, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source. 


This requirement is a subscription for electronic and print publications from Lexis/Overdrive digital Library collection.  The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) requires this annual subscription for legal research of Mathew Bender Treatises published by LexisNexis.  The period of performance is one year, with four one (anticipated) 4 year options:  July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.


This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.  A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.  The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.  However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information may be sent to Ian Quillman, Contracting Officer, at ian.quillman@usitc.gov.   A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
