This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to enter into a contract on a sole source basis with Cabot Consulting and Psychological Services to redesign the United States Disciplinary Barracks Sex Offender Treatment Program and train the Sex Offender Treatment staff on the new materials, utilizing the The Self-Regulation Model of the Offense and Relapse Process Volume 2: Treatment, the Good Lives Model and Self Regulation Model in treatment. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
