The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order to S&P Global Limited for subscription to leverage loan data including intraday bid-offer pricing, analytics, liquidity measures, and essential reference data for leveraged loan facilities globally. The Contracting Officer has determined that S&P Global Limited is the only source that can fully meet the SEC’s requirement in accordance with FAR Part 12.102.
