The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Catered Meals to be delivered to Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567
Type of Meal: Individually Packaged Dinners with any necessary condiments, utensils, napkins, cups, bowls, lates (as needed).
Total Dinner meals = 3,091; See Feeding Schedule attached for daily quantities and menu dinner #s required, from the NYARNG 21-day meal menu.
Meal Restrictions/ Allergies: 17 HALAL, 3 Vegetarian, 1 Shellfish Allergy, 4 NO Pork.
Restricted meals for each day shall be labeled and kept separate from all other meals per SOW, Paragraph 1.5.1.

- All Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached RFQ PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov
- If subcontracting requirement, company must be in U.S. and must provide contact information and company address.
- Must provide best and final quote for ALL items required.
- Provide all necessary documents referenced in Statement of Work, paragraphs 1.7.2, 1.7.4 and 1.7.5 with quote to prove compliance.
