The solicitation number is W912PQ-26-Q-A026 for a firm-fixed-price services purchase order for Raw Subsistence as defined in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) for the NYARNG. Delivery to Fort Drum, NY AND Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, NY.
This acquisition is utilizing procedures in RFO FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Business (SB) under NAICs 311991 who have an active sam.gov registration.

16 July: Bldg. 505 DFAC, Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, NY

Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered.
Your offer must include the following:
1. RFQ pages 1 and 3, must be filled out.
a. By submitting a quote you are certifying that you will provide all items in the AFMIS printouts without substitution or exception.
b. On page 1 complete 17a, total amount in 24 and fill out/sign 30 a, b, c
c. On page 3 price out each delivery (line item 0001, 0002 and 0003) and include a TOTAL price for all 3 Line ITEMS
2. Catering List of Deliverables – filled out and signed with all attachments requested.
3. Contractor UEI and/or cage code.
