This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, NY. The solicitation number is W912PQ-26-Q-A026 for a firm-fixed-price services purchase order for Raw Subsistence as defined in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) for the NYARNG. Delivery to Fort Drum, NY AND Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, NY.



This acquisition is utilizing procedures in RFO FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Business (SB) under NAICs 311991 who have an active sam.gov registration.



Drop off dates and locations are as follows

b. On page 1 complete 17a, total amount in 24 and fill out/sign 30 a, b, c


c. On page 3 price out each delivery (line item 0001, 0002 and 0003) and  include a TOTAL price for all 3 Line ITEMS


2. Catering List of Deliverables – filled out and signed with all attachments requested.


3. Contractor UEI and/or cage code.
