ASPE will utilize the data from the Gallup Daily Tracking data, including the Wellbeing Index questions, to analyze trends in coverage and utilization pre-ACA as a baseline for determining the extent to which the reforms implemented under ACA have had an effect on these measures. ASPE intends to analyze and report on such measures including, but not limited to: 1. Overall health status; 2. Access to health coverage, including current coverage status and type of coverage; 3. Access to health care, including the use of a personal physician and visits to a dentist; and 4.
