Full Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is posted to seek a vendor to provide the renewal of the Techniche Statseeker support and maintenance for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), Office of Information Services (OIS). Techniche Statseeker is a network monitoring tool for which JFS has a perpetual license. ODJFS may execute a written contract with the awarded offeror. The contract period is expected to run from July 1, 2024 and expire June 30,2025. There will be an option to renew for one (1) 2-year renewal period expiring June 30, 2027 contingent upon satisfactory performance, continued availability of funding, and all required approvals. Renewal may be subject to approval by the Controlling Board.
