Scope: The City of Ontario Department of Public Works seeks a contractor to provide chain link fence repair, new chain link fence installation services and gate motor repair throughout its public service area in Ontario, California.
SCOPE (1) Chain link Fence Repairs Includes but is not limited to 6',8' or 10' high fences, rails, handrails, gates, posts, home-plate backstops, trash enclosures & storage facilities. (2) New Chain link Fence Installation Includes but is not limited to 6',8' or 10' high fences, rails, handrails, gates, posts, home-plate backstops, trash enclosures & storage facilities. (3) Bid will include unit prices for repair and install on a separate schedule, as well as labor rate and rate per pound to dispose of debris and concrete (4) Repair of Gate Motors

Notes: The bidder is solely responsible for "on time" submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp form the Bid Management System indicating that the bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will bot be accepted. Bidder shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the bidder to successfully submit an electronic bid shall be at the bidders sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted bids.
