ON-SITE DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION SERVICES-SHREDDING

The contract solicits on-site document destruction services for the Naval Health Clinic Oak Harbor, under the Defense Health Agency’s Healthcare Contracting Division - West, with the solicitation number HT9410-26-Q-2029. The scope requires a contractor to provide secure, on-site shredding of documents containing Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII), in full compliance with HIPAA and federal data privacy regulations. The contractor must supply and maintain lockable 16-gallon and 32-gallon bins at designated locations within the facility, ensure their secure collection and immediate on-site destruction, and provide Certificates of Destruction after each service. All technicians must be HIPAA-trained, and the vendor must be NAID certified. Offerors must provide two recent and relevant performance references, submit a valid Unique Entity Identifier and CAGE code, and complete all required representations and certifications, particularly regarding telecommunications equipment, subcontractor reporting, and employment equity.
