The Project is a request for a Coastal Development Permit with Hearing (CDH) to allow a two-day temporary event (charitable function) on Friday, September 25, 2026, and Saturday, September 26, 2026. The event days will be limited to a maximum of 2,000 persons on-site (guests, employees, and volunteers combined) per day. The event will begin at 3:00 pm and end at 10:00 pm on each of the two event days. Setup time will be from Monday, September 21, 2026, until the event begins. Clean-up/break-down of the event will be from Sunday, September 27, 2026, until Tuesday, September 29, 2026. All amplified sound will end by 10:00 pm on the days of the event. All generators and outdoor lighting will be shut off by 11:00 pm . A shuttle plan will be implemented that requires guests to shuttle to the event from approved parking locations off-site. Guests are not allowed to park on-site. The event organizer will provide potable water and portable restrooms for the temporary event. No grading or tree removal is proposed.
