Full Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to the Oracle Corporation, San Francisco, CA 94144. This is a One Time Buy to acquire (2) each of the Outside In Viewer Technology Software. This software must be compatible with the software that the FBI presently owns. The Oracle Corporation is the sole provider for this software. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. However, all responsible parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this request will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, all requests for this solicitation will be considered non-responsive. A determination not to compete this action based on responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government. All parties must express their capabilities in writing via email at:contact@example.gov or by facsimile at +1 (555) 000-0000 within 7 days of the date this notice was published. If no competitive responses are received by 08/18/2009, 4:00 pm EST, an award will be made to the Oracle Corporation. All FBI contractors are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award.
