The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date to June 9, 2026 and to answer questions (see attachment).


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation No. 7571PS26Q00024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for four (4) Nursing Assistants to provide non-personal health care services for the Indian Health Service’s Jicarilla Service Unit (JSU) located in Dulce, NM.


This acquisition is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
