Description:


The U.S. Embassy Jakarta invites qualified vendors to submit a competitive quotation for the goods/services described in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW). The Provider shall supply the required equipment, along with all necessary accessories, subscriptions, and warranty support.


Attachments: RFQ and SOW documents (see attached) contain complete specifications and requirements.


Terms and Conditions


  • Payment Terms: Net 30 days after goods/services are received and a proper invoice is submitted.
  • Competition: This is a competitive RFQ. Vendors should submit their most competitive pricing.
  • Evaluation: The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject any quotation deemed too high or too low.
  • Award: A Purchase Order (PO) will be issued to the successful vendor.
