PANAMAX 26 Portable Chemical Latrines & Handwashing Stations Rental and Services - PANAMA

The contractor is required to provide portable chemical latrines and hand washing stations, along with all associated servicing, including daily filling, cleaning, pumping, restocking of supplies, and repair of malfunctioning units, to support Joint Task Force-Bravo during Exercise PANAMAX & PANAMAX-Alpha 2026 in Panama. The contract covers sixteen chemical latrines and eight hand washing stations, each meeting specific operational standards: latrines must include an antibacterial chlorine dispenser, a minimum of four rolls of two-ply toilet paper upon delivery with four rolls maintained throughout the contract, and a six-roll contingency stock; handwashing stations must provide fresh non-potable water, a paper towel dispenser, and an antibacterial soap dispenser with a 100% compliance requirement for functionality. All units must be delivered and set up at Hangar 1, MPPA, no later than July 2, 2026, with performance continuing through August 17, 2026, at locations detailed in Attachment 3. Services must be coordinated with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative, and all operations must comply with Panamanian environmental regulations and obtain necessary local permits, including approved waste disposal plans.
