The Provider will provide evidence-based parenting programming for non-custodial parents at the Racine County Dennis Kornwolf Service Center. The overall program provides a holistic approach to developing parenting skills. The non-custodial parents will also receive programing that can position them to earn a livable wage, become employed and gain financial literacy.
The Parenting Support Specialist for Racine County Workforce Solutions will work with Non-Custodial Parents (NCPs) enrolled in both the Elevate and Children First programs.
