23/24-3218 –Seeking additional functionalities for Payment Integrity Compass and Surgical Profitability Compass. SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355 (5) (a), which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking vendor that can provide additional functionalities for Payment Integrity Compass (PIC) and Surgical Profitability Compass (SPC). Payment Integrity Compass and Surgical Profitability Compass. SBUH is specifically look for a vendor that will create two outbound files from its proprietary Payment Integrity Compass (PIC) Program that contain expected reimbursement information and contractual allowance information for netting down the expected Accounts Receivable balances on accounts. For SPS, SBUH is specifically looking for a vendor that will convert Sensis to MacLab CCW as part of Customer’s license to Surgical Profitability Compass (the “Software”). The prospective vendor must be compatible with the Hospital’s existing software. Vendors must provide proof of certification/licensure/authorization from Optum for software service prior to requesting scope.
