Peer Support Program Design and Implementation

This subcontract focuses on the design and implementation of a formal peer support infrastructure for prime contractors working on projects for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Aging and Independence. The selected provider will be responsible for creating a peer-to-peer support network framework, establishing guidelines for specific peer support roles, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the program through the use of program governance documents and peer support manuals. The project requires a partner with specialized experience in organizational development to deliver a fully operational peer support program. Based in Boston, the initiative is managed under the Executive Office of Elder Affairs.
