AUGUST 2021 NBIS ROUTINE BRIDGE INSPECTION REPORT BRIDGE 735 (NFA-100000944259) WILL BE UPLOADED. Weight restriction is 10 tons. Bridge 735 has an Action Flag - Red as a result of the following deficiency: * There is corrosion and section loss throughout the superstructure. A new load rating is required to account for the section loss since 2008. Recommended repairs: Drill drain hole in the bottom of rail post, replace missing bolt on railing, replace rotten timber offset blocks on railing, remove tree growth on Bent 2 beam seat, backfill voids behind back and wing walls and grout all gaps, remove debris from area, install Type 3 marker IAW MUTCD Ch. 2C, and upgrade traffic safety IAW AASHTO 4th edition ch. 5, 7, 8.
