Please see attachment "Code_1120_Square_Footage_RQMT_REV1" for space requirments Additionally: 1) provide swing space for existing personnel & services in the vicinity of the building; 2) provide office furniture to include: modular cubicles, tables, chairs, smart boards & projectors, refrigerators, rubbish cans, clocks, white boards, filing cabinets etc. 3) repair roof as required. 4) repair cracks/spalls on concrete exterior & repaint. 5) remove all non-structural (including concrete) walls (except those required to remain for historic purposes). to provide as open floor plan as possible. 6) treat building & surrounding grounds for ground termites. 7) install new fire alarm & sprinkler system as required. Supervisor requirements: - Pass & ID area Clerks (4 cubicles) & Industrial Security Specialists (5)- One Supervisor - Information Security Specialists (4) & one NNPICO (1) – One Supervisor - Physical Security Specialists (5) & ATO (2) – One Supervisor - Personnel Security Specialists (5) & 3 O/As – One Supervisor - One Deputy Director, SEC MGMT Analyst & Security Director. Design Requirements: #1: Requires the video viewing area to be a separate room from the P&ID stations. #2: Requires P&ID clerk workstations to be separate from counter CCURE workstations. CURE Workstation could be combined with the meeting room off from the Video room. #3: Co-locate 3 specific positions together. Only a Security Program Analyst who must be co-located near the Security Director and the Deputy.
