PMD Job Order Contract

The City of Fort Worth is soliciting proposals for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for facility improvements under solicitation number 26-0252, with a NAICS code of 561210 and a Small Business Enterprise goal of 30% compliance. The contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed price agreement with an initial two-year term and options for three additional one-year renewals at the city's discretion.
