Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is soliciting bids from suppliers holding a valid Supply Arrangement under PSPC's Software as a Service (SaaS) Supply Arrangement for the provision of a Supplier Collaboration and Digital Marketplace Solution in support of DND's Defence Drone Initiative. Interested suppliers may obtain the solicitation documents by contacting the Contracting Authority identified in this Notice. This requirement is subject to PN-157 Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and the Setting of Reduction Targets. This requirement is subject to the Reciprocal Procurement Policy. Canadian Content requirements do not apply to this procurement. This procurement is not subject to the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). This procurement is not subject to any Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement (CLCA). No National Security Exception (NSE) applies to this requirement.
