SMP trailer – MKT spare parts for trailerThe Department of National Defence is soliciting bids for spare parts required for the SMP trailer – MKT trailer system, with a total of 50 line items specified for delivery to two locations: 25 CFSD Montreal and 7 CFSD Edmonton. All items must be delivered by February 27, 2027, under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Incoterms 2020 terms, with the contractor responsible for all shipping, customs duties, and taxes up to the final destination. The parts include a variety of galley and storage components such as door assemblies, drawer units, cabinet tops, griddle and cooking rack frames, grease guards, cutting boards, drain assemblies, and a non-mechanical water ice refrigerator, each identified by specific NSN, GSIN, part number, and CAGE code 35907, with some cross-referenced to alternate part numbers from CAGE codes 38129 and 38347. Each item must be packaged individually with manufacturer’s part number and name clearly stamped or etched on the item and labeled per Canadian Forces Packaging Specification D-LM-008-036/SF-000, with palletized shipments required for larger orders using standard 1.22m x 1.02m wood pallets, a maximum height of 1.19m, and a four-way forklift entry pallet provided at no cost to the government. The material supplied must be new and conform to the latest revision of all drawings, specifications, and part numbers on file as of the offer closing date, and any equivalent or substitute products must be fully identified by brand, model, part number, and NCAGE. All offerors are required to sign an Annex Confidentiality Agreement prior to accessing technical documentation, which includes the Design Data List, drawings, and specifications available upon request.
