This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF26QA014 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 722320 (Caterers), with a small business size standard of $9.0M. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to BLDG 990, 9th Middle Street, Main Post, Fort Drum, NY 13602. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.


Period of Performance: 2 June 2026 – 7 June 2026


The New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG), 197th Fires Brigade, requires catered, individually packed meals in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW):


CLIN 0001: Breakfast Meals (QTY = 672 EA)


  • Breakfast Meals for 112 Soldiers per day for six (6) days.

  • Meals must be provided in accordance with the SOW, the 14-Day Menu rotation, and the required delivery schedule.


CLIN 0002: Dinner Meals (QTY = 560 EA)


  • Dinner Meals for 112 Soldiers per day for five (5) days.

  • Meals must be provided in accordance with the SOW, the 14-Day Menu rotation, and the required delivery schedule.


IMPORTANT NOTE TO OFFERORS:


  • Interested parties MUST review the attached Addendum FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation Factors)

  • Technical Capability includes mandatory compliance with TB MED 530 (Tri-Service Food Code), submission of food safety certifications/commercial kitchen licenses, and a defined plan for securing a Fort Drum "Local Access Pass."


Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.
