Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to install a Reverse Osmosis System located at USCG Station Cape Charles. See attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for HUBZone Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 05/06/2026 via email to Contract Specialist Keven Weaver at keven.d.weaver@uscg.mil and contracting Officer Frank Burton at frank.r.burton@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing.
