The New York State Office of Children and Family Services is requesting a no cost end date extension for CFS01-C028923-3400000 with Pyramid Model Consortium to allow for the continued provision of uninterrupted services while we work to procure a new contractor through Request for Proposal (RFP) 1170. Pyramid Model Consortium was awarded contract C028923 via CRER ID CFS01-0000536-3400000 and will be honoring the previously approved contract rates for the extension period. The extension will support time in accordance with the current workplan to continue Pyramid Model statewide implementation; spending funds that are already approved and dedicated toward the contract deliverables and allowing time to transition to a new contractor. The activities include Pyramid Model implementation in NY, the delivery of Pyramid Model content modules (in-person and virtual); progress monitoring using two classroom observation tools (TPOT & TPITOS), implementation coaching; and continued work being conducted by the statewide and regional coordinators to onboard new programs and the statewide coordinators to manage statewide implementation, data collection, subcontractor payments and state leadership team facilitation.
