This contract is for on-site sleep study services and scoring at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas, under a Total Small Business Set-Aside authorized under FAR 19.5, with the NAICS code 621498. The services require Registered Polysomnographic Technicians to perform and score home sleep apnea tests, as well as conduct and analyze in-laboratory polysomnography and multiple sleep latency tests, strictly adhering to American Academy of Sleep Medicine guidelines and VA, VHA, and facility-specific standards. Performance is governed by an indefinite-quantity contract structure with a base year running from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2028, and up to four option years extending performance through January 31, 2032, contingent on government needs and funding.
