Q403--On-Site Sleep Study Services and Scoring

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 15 plans to solicit a firm fixed price contract for on-site Sleep Study Services and Scoring at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. This service requires registered polysomnographic technicians to perform diagnostic sleep studies nightly throughout the year, including weekends and holidays, managing all aspects of patient preparation, monitoring, and study evaluation. The contract is intended as a total small business set-aside, targeting qualified small businesses capable of delivering comprehensive sleep study procedures and scoring, including handling home sleep apnea test scoring and patient scheduling. The contract will have a one-year base period with up to four one-year option periods, with an anticipated solicitation release around June 1, 2026.
